Posted by Sarah in Fifteen years into the future fictional technology is being used to fight a violent war. This war is taking place between 2 time spaces: Shangri’la and La’cryma. Whereas La’cryma might be the possible future of our universe, the other one is Shangri’la that is another possible dimension 15 years in the future and after the destruction of all time and space. There is only one way of stopping the invasion by Shangri’la and it is a mystifying object that is known by the name of Dragon Torque.
Factions, who are known as Dragon Knights, are sent forward through time and space to find out Dragon Torque. Cutting back into the present time, 12 years old Haruka along with her friend, Yu, are planning to run away from home. During this time, they chance upon a member of the Dragon Knights, Karasu, who might well be an incarnation of Yu, 15 years into the future. Even though Karasu is confident that Haruka is none other than Dragon Turque, she pledges to protect her instead of sacrificing her because of her future identity, La’cryma.
Apart from the Dragon Knights, the mysterious Noein also target Haruka. Noein who is the individual behind Shangri’la is intent on bringing Haruka into her time space and thereby causing the end of the universe. Noein, the 24 episode sci-fi anime TV series is directed by Kazuki Akane along with Kenji Yasuda and it is produced by Satelight. Its English version was produced by Manga.
